

Early Lombard Warriors. Pack of 8 figures (four different poses). During the migration perod the poorer Longbard unarmoured warriors would still have fought on foot, like all other Germanic tribes to whom they were related. This is supported also by archeological evidence since Lombard graves of this period often contains only spear and (bossed) shield, but the long cavalry sword is missing, the sidearm of choice being a seax, a typical infantry weapon.
